Can I cancel my reservation?
Certainly! If you contact us at least 14 days before your booking, you're eligible for a full refund. For cancellations within 14 days, the full amount paid can be applied to a different date.
Can I reserve multiple tents?
Yes! Depending on availability. Contact us for any questions.
Do you charge to deliver?
Delivery & set up is free within a 30 mile radius of Salt Lake City, Utah. Contact us if you are outside of those limits and are happy to help.
Do you offer discounts?
Currently, we do not.
Do you set up at campgrounds?
Yes, depending on the location and camp ground. Please contact us before booking.
Do you set up if the weather is bad?
Our tents are weather proof. In the case of light rain, we will proceed with the normal set up. If the weather is severe we will give you the option to reschedule your booking based on availability.
How does bedding work?
We furnish each bed with an all season duvet, sheet, pillow and a lightweight blanket. You are welcome to bring your own blankets and sleeping bags.
How many people can the outdoor tent sleep?
Our glamping tent can include up to 4 twin beds comfortably. Or 1 queen and 2 twin beds max. Or about 6-8 glampers sleeping on the ground in the blank canvas tent.
